Morse, a three-year police veteran, said in the police report that Jackson was arrested after he struggled with officers, scratched Morse above his ear and grabbed the officer's testicles after being handcuffed. Morse was in "extreme pain" and punched Jackson to make him let go, according to the report.
Morse's attorney, John D. Barnett, said what his client did was "reasonable" given the circumstances of the arrest.
I completely agree. You grab my testicles, you're going to lose your civil rights.
I don't understand what the real big issue here is? The kid was obviously not hurt. I mean, I've been hit harder in the face than he was. Since when are we such a sensitive society that any force is unnecessary? When you fight the law, they can fight back. When you're handcuffed and resisting, and then grab someone's testicles - shouldn't you expect to get hit? Ladies, you won't understand, but i will kill someone to make them let go. I think the officer showed incredible restraint not pulling out his .357 and blowing off the kids' hand!
