In a lovely move today, the law firm of Morrison and Foerester (conveniently known of as MoFo) is suing eTracks, purveyors of commercial spam. Apparently eTracks spammed the heck out of MoFo’s clients. After contacting eTracks to cease mailing them, eTracks subsequently sent out 6,500 more emails. there is something fundamentally flawed about gift certificates with expiration dates. it defies logic. i would undestand better if it wasn't an equal exchange rate, but the fact that i have to pay $5 dollars for a gift card of the same value really irks me.
