A study by the Rand Corporation shows Dallas is the worst city in the nation for alcohol related highway deaths. Other cities in Texas did not do well in the study. Lubbock ranks sixth worst among Texas Cities in that same study
I guess the Dallas part proves true in Dennis' case. It's weird to lose friends, especially friends who drove drunk. You don't know how to feel.
